Terry is one of our Financial Information Services Officers (FISO), and has been working for the Department of Human Services for more than 30 years.

The Financial Information Service helps customers make informed decisions about investment and financial issues for current and future needs.

On top of assisting customers daily over the phone, in appointments and during seminars, Terry also regularly speaks at events held by local superannuation funds and community organisations.

He recently travelled across the Northern Territory to hold a series of free seminars targeted to older Australians. The seminars covered topics to assist people to understand the Age Pension, retirement and superannuation.

He travelled to Katherine, Casuarina, Palmerston, Darwin and Alice Springs for the seminars, but he’s called Darwin home since he left Geelong in Victoria more than 15 years ago.
