As a result of further discussions held under the auspices of the Fair Work Commission (the Commission):
- the CPSU has agreed to withdraw its current notices of industrial action commencing in the week of 13 February 2017 at the Department of Human Services (the Department); and
- the Department has agreed to withdraw its application for an order to stop etc (unprotected) industrial action.
The parties have further agreed to continue their enterprise bargaining negotiations both directly on 13 February 2017 and with the Commission’s assistance on 16 and 17 February 2017.
The parties reserve their respective rights under the Fair Work Act 2009.
