Some Department of Human Services customers receiving income support payments will soon be required to complete their August Income Stream Review. It can now be done easily online via myGov.
Department of Human Services General Manager Hank Jongen said that it is now easier than ever to complete your Income Stream Review.
“Each year in February and August the department reviews customers’ account-based pension, account-based annuity and market linked income streams,” Mr Jongen said.
“The good news is, this year, it’s a simple process to complete your review online—even if you haven’t signed up for myGov yet.”
From early August, customers and nominees who need to complete an Income Stream Review will receive a letter, which will also include a unique One-Time Access Code.
“You can complete your review through Centrelink online services via myGov. If you don’t already have a myGov account, I highly recommend you take this opportunity to sign up,” Mr Jongen said.
“Remember, if you are required to do a review, you will receive a letter in early August, and that letter will outline how to complete your review.”
If you receive a letter, you can complete your Income Stream Review through Centrelink online services via myGov, or alternatively using your One-Time Access Code online.
