Services Australia has introduced interim service arrangements in Lilydale as it prepares to establish a new permanent service centre site.
“A temporary service offer has already commenced at the Lilydale Marketplace Shopping Centre,” Services Australia General Manager Hank Jongen said.
“You can find us at a temporary pop-up near the ANZ Bank.
“The current Lilydale Service Centre, on the corner of Anderson and Chapel Streets, will offer services until close of business on Wednesday 11 May 2022.
“Services Australia is committed to maintaining a strong presence in Lilydale with the agency working to progress a new permanent site in the community.
“We will continue to keep the community informed of next steps once the location for our new home is finalised.”
Customers can access services at the Lilydale Marketplace Shopping Centre Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 4.30pm.
Customers can alternatively visit the nearby Ringwood Service Centre located at 2-6 Bond Street or the Boronia Service Centre at 3 William Street. Both service centres are open from 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
