Services Australia on the move

Centrelink and Medicare customers in Adelaide’s north can now access services from a contemporary new Services Australia service centre.

The new service centre is conveniently located at 367 Main Road, Evanston and replaces the previous centre in High Street, Gawler.

Services Australia General Manager Hank Jongen said the new service centre offered ample parking and easy access to public transport.

“The new centre offers a contemporary layout and upgraded facilities, making it easier for customers to access the services they need,” Mr Jongen said.

“Centrelink customers who like certainty around the time they can speak with a staff member face-to-face or over the phone can call their regular payment line to book an appointment.

“The new service centre will also offer digital coaching for customers who are looking for extra support to access our online services.

“Customers can arrange a digital coaching session by calling their regular Centrelink payment line or service centre staff can book them in. There is no cost and sessions cover whatever a customer needs – from how to set up a digital account to specific tasks they are unsure of.”

The new service centre, at 367 Main Road, Evanston, is open Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 4.30pm.
